Policies

For single appointments: 

All single appts/general glam are held at my home studio. However if you prefer me to travel to you then there would be an additional $35 travel to travel to your location within the city. 

If client cancels within 48hrs or no shows, they are expected to pay the full remaining balance of the appt. 

Early Morning Fees:

Any early morning start times before 8am (Oct-May) are subject to a $50 fee per person (per hour). Any early morning start times before 7am (June-Sept) are subject to a $50 fee per person (per hour). No Exceptions.

Parking Fees: 

Client is responsible for all parking fees that are incurred due to location chosen by client. I select the most convenient parking options (protected parking lot, covered parking, vallet etc) in order to arrive at your location on time and transport my kits/equipment in the quickest manor. Fees vary depending on location/hotel.

Wait Fee:

As artists we make a point of running a very efficient schedule as we book multiple weddings a day. If an artist is waiting more than 15mins in between clients there will be a $50 wait fee added for each wait time to the grand total. 

Second Artist Fee: 

For any additional artists/assistants required to get everyone done in a shorten timeframe, there will be an additional flat rate of $125 added to the grand total.

Travel:

Travel inside the city is currently included in my rates for Bridal bookings, however any location just outside the city are subject to a $35 flat rate fee.  (Headingley, Vermette, St Germain, Oak Bluff, Hacienda, Lilyfield, East St.Paul, West St.Paul etc) . 

For further locations outside the city, rate of travel is based on the kms driven from the perimeter to your location-Roundtrip. For owner/lead artist to head to your location the rate is $1.25/kms driven roundtrip. With an assistant the rate is $2/kms driven roundtrip.
